Why isn't my phone charging?
The kids' toy phone is designed for kids aged 3-12. To ensure kid safety, we've limited its charging power. Please do not use a 5V/1A charger. If it still won't charge, don't worry—send an email to support@rseaay.com, and we'll reply within 24 hours.
How many cameras does the phone have?
As stated in the product details, this phone features a single 5MP rear camera. We intentionally designed it this way to discourage excessive selfies and instead encourage kids to take photos of each other, explore the world around them, and engage more with their surroundings.
